For online classes you can enjoy from the comfort of your office, home or sacred space all you need is a yoga mat, fitness equipment (such as block, strap, hand weights, stretch bands, physio ball) water, towel, and suggested items for relaxation to set the mood for yoga, meditation (such as candle, crystal, alter, essential oil, and incense).
